Another 'Me Too' entry. I have this problem on both Win10 and Win11. Deleting both installed.db files did not solve it for me (but thanks for the idea).

I'm interested too. I've just installed trixie on my Raspberry Pi & would like to install ntopng but the instructions at https://www.ntop.org/support/documentation/software-installation/ are still showing bookworm. Thanks
