I think @mikedilger has a NIP for an encrypted on-disk format for secret keys. on android we will need to use the keystore API, but we can do that after....

a --private switch to enable this would be nice. we just might need a way to reject notes not matching subscriptions from local DB, since we probably don't want to...

things like threads would still need regular queries though...
