After installing eclipse extension plugin, it still only works on JDK 8 and does not work for JDK 9 or later. Any fixes?

I managed to get this amazing plugin working on Eclipse-2020-12 with JDK 15. Basically, the Scala IDE was causing problems, so in order to get JDT weaving I installed AspectJ...

Has there been any update or progress on this? The "absdelay()" function is definitely important in some use cases.
