I've "Advanced Networking" On and set system proxy via windows settings->network & internet->Proxy but my android apps seems not picking proxy server.  windows 11 22h2 build 22621.819

@ayazzali, did you find any solution for converting PDF to image in .net core on linux?
I'm not sure but maybe this help: my solution contains a project from a folder outside of my workspace.
updated to C# 2.14.8 and the long waiting time is back. C# dev kit is 1.1.16
