Bug: auth 插件每次启动会弹出两个欢迎提示

对使用没啥影响，但是很奇怪。

过去的方案是发送前统一转成 base64，然而较大的文件会超出 localStorage 的体积限制从而显示失败。 目前考虑的解决方案：**采用网页端数据库，如 level / IndexedDB 等方案**。 --- - 这个问题不会影响 chat 插件，因为 chat 插件收到的消息是经过转存的，base64 也会变成普通 url。 - 为什么不使用 assets 或后端数据库等方案？因为 sandbox 的聊天记录是跟每个人独立挂钩的，并且涉及的资源也应该在客户端进行回收，不应该污染服务端。（但如果实在麻烦，采取这样的方案也不是不行。）
