It looks like its more of a problem with Steam than with Titan. Always check SteamStatus before commenting on a issue or opening one.

Reopening this issue as it .NET Core 2.0 Preview(s) got released. Titan will be ported to the .NET Core 2 as soon as it got released.

.NET Core 2.0 got officially released. I'm waiting for dependencies to update and will port Titan then to .NET Core 2.0.

Eto.Forms most parts have been ported to .NET Core. I'm waiting right now for them to finish off the rest that wasn't ported yet and then I'll start with Titan...
