Don't hit the rate limit (by using less accounts at a time)

This would require Titan to parse the raw HTML (afaik there is no nice API to get that?) and I'm kinda against more ghetto parsing as we're already doing it...

The changes for this have been started to roll into the current source code with commit 154fd91

This will be introduced as soon as pull request #90 is merged.

The state of this issue is unbearable. I'll be limiting this conversation to collaborators only. 

@raspbianlike I will overtake this suggestion from you.

I have contacted the owner of CSGOBackpack and after a few talks we got to the conclusion that he'll implement v2 of his API allowing Titan to fetch all items...

This looks like it will be easily implementable as we're already using SteamAuth as library because automatic generation from Shared Secrets (#7)
