Yeah my approach seems to be overcomplicated. Win32 using C seems [approachable](http://zetcode.com/gui/winapi/). I'll give it a try and see.

Looks like a good possible solution. They have a really [neat mapping](https://github.com/LexiFi/csml/blob/master/IDL.md) between `OCaml C#`.
