Optimization for relations of relation

This makes total sense. I have already started using dataloader in my application. Right now alongside graphql-bookshelf. It would be interesting to see if we can hook dataloader into graphql-bookshelf...

Emails (user activation in particular) send html as "Content-Type: text/plain"; need fixing generally

i removed all the tags and made them raw text emails some time back .. needed to fix that quick but we have to look into this issue esp.
