Thank you, @shizi2300, I managed to run the maintenance successfully with `listsPerSecond = 0.05`. As a consequence, there is a lot of throttling :) Without this throttling, the maintenance fails...

Hello, I forgot to mention it earlier but, since feature landed, after configuring kopia with a parallelism of 1 (`kopia.exe maintenance set --list-parallelism=1`) everything works as expected for months now....
