Are you creating the Staff user in the admin panel or programmatically?

@alecritson conflicts resolved and all tests passing. This will need a thorough review.

I've converted this to a draft as it's not ready yet. We do need a solution for this. Would you like to continue the development?

@alecritson could you still manually edit the other currency prices individually if you wanted to, when set to automatic?

The sync toggle isn't relevant on this screen, as it's the default currency. Perhaps we should turn it off and hide if set to default?
