It looks like it's using node v5.x, not v6.x.

Under the Configuration tab on the AWS Lambda website, what do you have selected for Runtime? It should be 'Node.js 4.3'. I think some people select 'NodeJS' since the instructions...

Is your skill name capitalized? I had a similar problem and it was because the skill Sonos was not capitalized.

Can you add to the URL in the homebridge config? Example http[s]://[username]:[password]@[ip-address]:[port]/

Are you in the latest homebridge-openHAB? I ran into the same problem yesterday and saw there was a bug in the code. Updating tho the latest version fixed it.

What is in your "casa" sitemap?
