The Java check also has problems. I bypassed that I am progressing with install

Step 7: brew install deadline Deadline is no longer an available package

Script appears to work fine in all other steps on mavericks. Pre-req checks need modification as well as change from "deadline" to "readline". Everything else appears to have worked fine!
