Whilst working on #28 https://gist.github.com/grahamperrin/d6b9e979d46708b41cdd25d79552a4cb#file-prepare-iso-sh-L65 there's attachment of an image to `/Volumes/install_build` but – unless I'm missing something – no subsequent detachment from that mount point.
