Which environment are you using? it looks like you are not using the conda env which gets installed as the part of installtion.

if you didn't know chats are saved under the logs/chat directory in json format. you can try experimenting the export feature your are talking about.

if you have python installed already, you can just install the requiremenst_amd.txt and that would get you started.

I had same issue, for some reason the imports were not working properly. running on terminal instead on an IDE fixed the issue for me. hope it helps you
