This is not currently possible but could be. Several changes are necessary to get there. Including changing how cell selection works. We will need a full specification on those changes...

There is no formal template. But just need to play with the program and catalog all related changes that must happen for this issue to be implemented.

For 1. this is expected. The CSV file format does not have metadata for tracking column widths.

At present, this is not an issue with TableTool -- we have implemented the behavior correctly. So I will close here.
