Without opting-in into extended mode Date.create returns an ordinary non-extended date

I think this is just a documentation issue, it makes sense. Not sure what can be added to the docs though. Feel free to close this. :)

Though one could easily work around it, by just using sugar methods or converting to Javascript dates.

I'm having the same problem. The wrong calculations. The content are vimeo iframes. All of them has width attribute set. I'm also using bootstrap.

I think you register the `$viewContentLoaded` event in [here](https://github.com/ncuillery/angular-breadcrumb/blob/v0.4.0/src/angular-breadcrumb.js#L35) too late, when the controller is already executed.
