Can we deal with emoji dicts in assets in a separate PR?

Looks like the reason for the left screenshot is that these settings use a `TextButton`, which uses `horizontalArrangement = Arrangement.Center`. Was that intentional?

Now that #1426 is implemented, I'll start working on this.

I think the bug was actually in beta 3, where we applied too little bottom inset. I just compared to an Android 14 target build, and it looks like beta...

Just checked with v2.3, and it works fine.
