The latest [release](https://github.com/dynobo/normcap/releases) of NormCap v0.3.13 aims to improve the situation: While the permission is still reset after an update, NormCap now at least tries to be transparent about it...

Could you please try the latest NormCap v0.3.10 flatpak? You now should be able to [add additional languages](https://dynobo.github.io/normcap/#faqs-languages) there.
