It's erroneously finding a pair of login fields somewhere. We have no idea if you are logged in or not.

You have the strange Firefox bug that launched keepassxc from Firefox. I believe this is a flatpak bug because it should be launching the proxy not the main app.

Did you enable "Only return best matching results? " in the browser settings in keepassxc?

You need to add the site as a username-only site. The extension pop up should offer this option when you visit the initial login page.

Worked for me, but I needed to press "Redetect fields" from the extension popup on the password page. 

If chromium is installed as a snap it will not work. Browsers installed as snaps cannot use native messaging.

You should report rust proxy issues over on that repository. It is neither the official proxy nor is it recommended for use.

YMMV but we do not know and don't intend to make it official at this time.
