Needs more investigation to see how we would be able to do this with older sites.

Polyfill was not working when tested. Can talk with @wise-king-sullyman if you have an questions on this.

We should look into adding keyboard a11y doc to current framework or keep it in mind when we are making changes to our documentation framework.
