현재 생성 코드에서 기존 34조 -> 개정 35조, 36조, 37조 등 조항이 1:1 매칭이 안 되는 경우에는 무조건 전부 빼고 다시 더하는 것으로 처리하고 있어서 그렇습니다. 후에 개선하도록 하겠습니다.

일단 급한건 아니니 천천히 추가해놓도록 하겠습니다. data... 에 추가하면 될 것 같군요.
