@ngx-env/builder:application is not a recognized builder

I'm getting the same error. Did you managed to fix it?

ng deploy ignores --configuration option and runs always with production configuration (angular ssr)

I'm using _ng deploy_ and I have the same problem. The _ng deploy_ command takes the correct configuration, but the firebase tools trigger a 2nd deployment and it takes always...
