@Seldaek in my case the full upgrade would remove friendsofphp/php-cs-fixer. See: https://github.com/composer/composer/issues/11017#issuecomment-1225500317

I faced the same issue when I had CORS configured on the Apache side and with this bundle. I removed the apache configuration to get this to work.

Same issue, MBP 2017, Intel but it doesn't happen each time I switch audio output.
