machine/renesas: WIP on adding support for Arduino Uno R4

I see the same warning, and can confirm that despite that the CUDA code is working as expected.

Issue with running Pico on wamr through Zephyr

I have the same issue. Can build the UF2 file, but flashing it to the Pico no serial port appears. I suspect that it probably cannot run on the Pico...
