used to be Ctrl+Alt+Y I believe. you can set your own binding if you wanted. the action is `preview:toggle`

is Ctrl+shift+Y really reserved though? in our keymap [cson file](https://github.com/Glavin001/atom-preview/blob/master/keymaps/main.cson), it's commented out.

hrm.... i'm just trying to think of a use case. Why can't the user just plug whatever they want in, preview, then copy the result and paste?

I suppose i'm sort of neutral as it currently stands. It's just a shortcut. I think we should tackle issues before enhancements :)

This can happen when the API limit from GitHub has been exceeded. It often only lasts one hour and I'm not sure what to do to stop it 🤔
