@Ahsanr312 Were you able to figure out how to tune the model? I prepared the training directory as per the Readme with my own images+annotations but get a DecodeError running...

I'm also trying to train my images on either of the contest weights (unet or scoring_model) but I'm not sure how to load those weights such that the training continues...
