I was able to reproduce the error, but don't have an idea why it happens. It works in current versions of Safari, which also uses the modern WebKit2 browser engine....

This should be fixed in [SEB 3.3.3 for macOS](https://github.com/SafeExamBrowser/seb-mac/releases/tag/3.3.3). Please test and report if it works for you.

Hmm, for what else than attempting to manipulate SEB would you try to allow the command line utility to run during an exam?
