Please send [SEB log files](https://safeexambrowser.org/macosx/mac_usermanual_en.html#SecurityPane) of a session when this happens. You can simply compress (zip) the .seb file, then you should be able to attach it.

This was fixed in SEB 3.3.3 for iOS.
