I switched from shim-signed to shim-unsigned, and this problem went away.

e10s is now on by default in Firefox Developer Edition (which I think maps to a "beta" channel -- it's Firefox 42.0a2 (2015-08-16)). I'm still seeing these problems with Vimperator...

Yep, I have this problem too. iOS 17.1, iphone 15 Pro Max iOS 17.2, Pass v. 0.14.0, YubiKey 5 NFC Firmware version: 5.4.3

Actually, it worked after a reboot(!)

...and then stopped working in the same way. Sigh!

I hit the same problem -- I wonder if the brew recipe should warn about this incompatibility?
