It would be great if you can open a CR. Also, if you create a Jira for Apache Flink I can review and merge that too.
There are additional code changes required for Flink 1.19. Working on it
1. We need unit tests for everything 2. Can we create e2e tests using localstack or something similar? I have not looked to see if anything exist
