Because I HATE TO BE SHOUTED AT :) I can circumvent UPPERCASECHARACTERNAMES with `@` (thanks to #22), but scene titles are out of my reach for now. For my needs...

Downloads via tokens work, but this here happens only when using username+password.

I have the same issue with the default token server, but I used the Token Dispenser used by Aurora Store app - that one works.

Also happens here with -d mode.

@daniser I rebased against current master and fixed all the conflicts that appeared because #232 was merged before. It is merged now, with a lengthy explanation about the reasoning. Thanks...
