Sounds like you probably need to run `yarn install`.

Changes: - refactored workflows to be cleaner - factored out common setup when possible into composite actions - combined related workflows (releases, tests) to make overall flow easier to understand...
This isn't currently possible, but happy to accept a PR for it.
I haven't heard of play-dl before but it looks pretty cool and could replace a lot of libraries that we've historically had issues with. Happy to review a PR switching...
