Prompted Every Time for Bitbucket Credentials

Git 2.18 broken for me, too in the same way. I reverted to git 2.16.3 and I can sign in with the (old) Atlassian credential dialog via GCW.

Update Install-WindowsUpdate.ps1

Made this change locally to `Install-WindowsUpdate.ps1` and it doesn't seem to install the updates. It verifies that there are 4 updates but does not install them.
