Why not just use Vim with markdown plugins installed as an editor and use MarkText as a viewer/editor to do further work?

Oh, I've discovered that setting a custom OpenAI endpoint is already possible by configuring an environment variable named `OPENAI_BASE_URL`. Consequently, the implementation of this feature is now redundant. 👏
