Ok, the best idea I've come up so far: NaW (Or NaWin) - In some programming language, NaN means Not a Number. Here, NaW (or NaWin) means Not a Windows....

I think just Waffles should be fine. `-soft` is very easy to conflict with existed or future branding/companies so I guess we'd better avoid that.

I'm closing this in favor of Nix to provide the stable installation result, and Nix also support binary packages which we may implement in future. See #1061
