I'm no longer seeing the original issue that was reported. But I'm seeing the issue @borice mentioned.
Would these instructions work to reset/rotate the pivotal.pem?
i don't use docker-machine, though.. i'm using the native docker for mac. no docker environment variables need to be set for it.
