why does not the babel-plugin-lodash work in pnpm？

Can i use this plugin in pnpm? I have a try, but lodash-webpack-plugin and babel-plugin-lodash do not work.

npm install htmlparser will install v1.7.3 but v2.0.0,how can i get the newest version?
