Fixed big Passbolt logo on healthcheck page by setting smaller width/heigth.

Thank you for your contribution, it's very much appreciated. This issue was fixed by @Benj1er in this commit: https://github.com/passbolt/passbolt_api/commit/f27d00bf81f3b25c5a01756d9b189605dda0e17a. The fix was published with the v3.7.0.
