I might need to rework this PR, depending on the discussions in https://github.com/passbolt/passbolt_docker/issues/175 and https://github.com/passbolt/passbolt_docker/issues/174 (how to server passbolt from a example.com/passbolt path, if APP_BASE is usable with docker or only with "manual" installations, ...).
