how to use with the python lib of pika

when i see the log of konga it shows below： error: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "konga_kong_services_pkey"

the Ceph Dashboard default enable is true in the cluster.yaml, but when i apply cluster.yaml it not has Ceph Dashboard pod, the document link is https://rook.io/docs/rook/v1.9/Getting-Started/quickstart/#prerequisites 

when i edit service rook-ceph-mgr-dashboard from ClsuterIP to NodePort,after few seconds it revovery ClsuterIP again what is th reason
