Travis took back its promise on open source stuff, but I'm working on this module in briandfoy/cpan-mini-inject and will set up GitHub Actions and Appveyor. I can't close this issue...

I've merged this in briandfoy/cpan-mini-inject@b9c6bdfbcacf2f6b5ada579ff755ca6b70a1d230. I would have cherry-picked it but the original repo for the PR is gone.

We tend to pull from Perl blogs, so there is already a context. The problem is that this is applied to the title and description instead of the actual content....
