Just following up on that #491 linked. It looks like KTX2 lost the battle here: https://github.com/KhronosGroup/glTF/pull/1612 and `KHR_texture_basisu` going to stay. Support for this would be great!

You can also just fork it and install from your github with the peer deps updated until the owner does come back around

Seeing this as well, iphone/safari and android/chrome are fine but ipad safari is not responding. No errors in the console.
