I have an experimental Google form which also accepts file uploads, still need to write down a simple script converting the submissions to proper manifests

It's an IPS patch. Does the emulator support it? Or should we apply them manually?

Ok, so we need to handle #20 and provide another ROM.

On the database side, https://github.com/gbdev/database/issues/96 is finally close to be merged. The actual patching must then be handled by the frontend (see https://github.com/gbdev/virens/issues/6)
