Same issue here, waiting resolution to use PHP 8.3 in production.
I have same issue here and reverting manually to 4.5.0-debian-12-r10 in deployment is working now... but, this could be very dangerous for production...

Well, we just tested something else the php cli is much slower in versions of PHP 8.1.26 or higher with Phalcon 5.3.1 or higher. @maxgalbu could you test with PHP...
