I'm nearly sure this is caused by a bug in VirtualTree. At least this is related to https://github.com/JAM-Software/Virtual-TreeView/issues/1304

This may be related to the recently fixed issue #2249 - could somebody here verify if the current nightly builds have the scrollbar corrected?
