Add Validation during Change password

If change password and confirm password are not matched.. show error before clicking submit button.

Remember me label will be incorporated with checkbox so whenever user click on remember me label.. checkbox will be checked and unchecked on click again 

Rather reloading the page every time when we remove "starred" from notices, it can be implemented in the same way as the "starred notices" are implemented using ajax

As the message is sent to the client.
