@yaacov yes that's what I observe, that both are trying to communicate and hence there is conflict. Is there any way to implement both things? I am trying external interrupt...

I am already using AltSoftSerial for debugging and programming purpose. Programming of slave id, baud rate and other parameters. But can interchange Serial and AtlSoftSerial purpose. Will try that.

@falahati It's not working with AltSoftSerial as well. I am stuck now with no ideas!

@Apulanta That's the same configuration I am using with Arduino UNO. But it's not working.

So what I am trying now is to connect RESET of other targets to gnd when programming the first one. This works but have to figure out how to automate...

So now there is no need for patch? Is that what you are implying? I am not able to find files like diag.sh when I am downloading the new repo....
