Yes, only releases. All the deps are available, so you can technically install it, but not out of the box.

How is this better than https://github.com/CadQuery/cadquery#conda-installation ? You don't need to run `conda init` and modify any dot files. You can also use something like [micromamba](https://mamba.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide/micromamba.html)
