You might be using an old version of tool-bar there are no `:host` or `::shadow` selectors in [tool-bar\styles\tool-bar.less](https://github.com/atom-community/tool-bar/blob/master/styles/tool-bar.less)

It seems to be the `ide-typescript` package that is actually throwing the error. I can't figure out why Atom thinks it is coming from `ide-php`

Should this be added as a new command `open-on-github:branch`?

I think this just needs to use the xterm-fit-addon to be able to resize correctly. I will have more time in about a week to try to finish this.

Since there is already a way to have a terminal in the bottom dock (open a terminal and drag it to the bottom dock) why not just do that by...

@akonwi it would probably be easier to update this PR to use `onDropTabBar` code to move it to the dock then use #15
